Chief Financial Officer
Yeong Chyan leads the finance team and is responsible for CLMT’s financial management functions including the preparation of statutory accounts, budgeting, sourcing and management of funds, management of treasury and tax affairs, compliance, liaison with external audit, and all other finance-related matters.
He started his career with Price Waterhouse, currently known as PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has more than 20 years of working experience in the field of auditing as well as in leading and managing the full spectrum of finance functions of companies involved in various industries including plantation & integrated palm oil manufacturing, property development & investment and investment holdings.
Yeong Chyan holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from University of Malaya. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Head, Investment, Portfolio and Asset Management
Matthew heads the investment, portfolio and asset management functions of the Manager. He is responsible for formulating and executing investment and divestment strategies to enhance CLMT’s portfolio returns. He is also in charge of developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise income and improve asset value of properties through asset enhancement initiatives.
Matthew has worked for a reputable conglomerate in Malaysia and a government-linked real estate company in Singapore and China. He has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry covering financial feasibility study, capital structuring, due diligence, valuation and strategic planning. He obtained his degree in bachelor of commerce from Deakin University, Australia.
Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications
Jasmine is responsible for building rapport and facilitating transparent communications with CLMT’s Unitholders, potential and existing investors, analysts and media through various communication channels, as well as collating feedback from the investment community.
Jasmine has worked in the media and real estate industry for more than 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications and media relations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (English Language) from University Putra of Malaysia.
